Express Delivery within USA, UK & Australia:
Allow 2-3 working days from the time we receive your order, to when it arrives back to you within the US, Uk and by Australia Post (depending on where you live in Australia) For Metro areas, allow 1-2 working days from the time we receive your order to when your parcel arrives to you. Orders can be sent to a business address or PO Boxes.
You can change your Standard delivery to Express delivery during the checkout process. Once selected, the express postage charge will be calculated automatically for you based on the weight of your order and delivery address. Please see the postage calculation on the checkout page.
Free delivery promotions apply to standard shipping services ONLY, for orders placed online, via our call centre, or mail orders, on single parcels over $99 and less than 5kg, to Australian addresses and is only applied once per order.

We are a secure site utilising the internationally recognised Secure Server certificate (SSL) technology to ensure customers’ security. This uses the latest encryption methods to ensure payment security.
We do not see your credit details when ordered online, with all transactions performed by the banking institutions. We never record a copy of your credit card details nor store any credit card details. Your credit card information held by the payment gateway E-Way, is not shared with our business or any third party vendors.
Faulty or Incorrectly Sent Items
A refund can be processed in the following circumstances: If an item is faulty, has been damaged in transit, does not perform in accordance with advertised claims or specification; and/or has been sent to you incorrectly. We will pay for postage to return the goods in this instance and will either reship the correct item or arrange a refund.
In order to be eligible for the money-back guarantee we must be notified within 30 days (or 14 for change of mind returns).
